Reformia is being built: a clearer way to manage a renovation from start to finish

We are building with one simple rule
A renovation does not fail because there are too few messages. It fails when scope changes are unclear, a visit leaves no record, a quote cannot be compared or an important photo disappears between conversations. Reformia is being built to bring those moments into a project that clients and professionals can understand.
We do not want to call something finished while it is still being refined. The app is live and we will keep improving flows through real use, but the direction is already concrete: a renovation should move from a need to a quote, a visit, an estimate, stages and handover without information becoming fragmented.
To start a project with a cost reference, the full renovation and renovation project guides help turn an idea into a scope that can be explained.

What is already taking shape
Today, the Reformia experience lets people describe a project, add photos or files, receive and manage bids, talk within the work context, and progress from a visit to an estimate and construction stages. Visits include checks intended to leave clearer evidence of what was agreed; stages connect work, photos and documents instead of reducing a renovation to one payment without context.
We are also building for the details that usually arrive too late: visit conditions, stage changes, quote files, issues, reviews and the decision history. These are not product decoration. They are the information a person needs when approving a line item, reviewing handover or understanding what happened weeks later.
An electrical installation inspection is a good example: a guide helps explain what to ask before appointment, while the project can retain photographs, documents and decisions once work begins.
What we are working on now
The next focus is making the in-progress view clearer still: tasks, owners, blockers, progress, tests and decisions should be readable without searching a message chain. We are refining the experience of stages and tasks so project status is visible to both the person commissioning and the person delivering the work.
We will keep improving visual consistency, quality controls and ES/EN translations. When a feature affects money, safety or construction commitments, the priority is to validate it and explain its limits before announcing it as available. That discipline matters more than a long list of promises.
Meanwhile, the article on renovation budgets and extras in Alicante helps prepare a comparable quote, while the Costa Blanca renovation handover guide explains why photographs, manuals and tests should stay with the project.
What we expect from a well-run renovation
These principles guide the product as it evolves.
- 1An understandable scopeClarity
Client and professional should be able to read what is requested, offered and excluded before a conversation becomes work.
- 2Visits that leave a recordTrust
A visit should help confirm the next step and retain enough context not to depend on memory or isolated messages.
- 3Verifiable progressControl
Photos, documents, stages and reviews should explain what has been done and what remains before approving part of the works.
- 4A handover that remains usefulContinuity
Important information should remain available for maintenance, an issue, a sale or the next professional who intervenes.
